Yes — we're a general contractor for single-family and multifamily new construction, for-sale/speculative building, and the full range of additions, alterations, renovations, and restoration work.
Yes — we build single-family homes on land owned by clients, as well as on our own land for for-sale construction. Both fall within our scope.
Yes — fire and flood restoration is a dedicated scope for both single-family and multifamily properties, including structural rebuilds and insurance-scope work.
